3 cups of mung beans, soaked in water overnight, then cooked for about 20 mins.
3 tbsps of veg oil
2 onions, chopped
8 garlic, chopped
4tsp ground cumin
4tsp ground coriander
2tsp chilli powder
a decent bit of ginger - chopped
2 tsp turmeric
a tin of chopped tomatoes
2 cups of yoghurt

Fry the onions in some oil until soft, add spices and tomatoes and cook for five minutes, add yoghurt and beans and cook for ten minutes. Eat with rice.
