Recipe for curry
3/4 cloves of garlic
1/2 chillies
1 10p size bit of ginger
1 tsp of turmeric, cumin, salt and coriander
3 tsp of tomato puree and 3 tsp of water
1 onion
Chop up the garlic, chilli and ginger as fine as you can and put them in a cup. Add the turmeric, cumin, salt and coriander, then the tomato puree and water. Stir and make a paste.
Chop up the onion.
Heat a wok or pan on medium heat and put in some oil. When it's hot (i.e., when it flows around the pan like water) add the spice paste and fry for a minute or so. Add the onion and fry for another minute. Add whatever else you want. Eat.
