Quick Chinese stiry fry

(serves 1)

2 blocks of egg noodles or other noodles
some veg - I used 5 mushrooms, half an onion and a handful of spinach.
2 cloves of garlic

for the sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of bean sauce (or use black bean sauce, sweet and sour or any other chinese sauce)
1 tsp of cornflour
some milk - probably a couple of tablespoons

boil the noodles. While they're on their way, chop the veg and then mix the ingredients for the sauce together in a cup.

Chop the garlic, then fry in a little oil for a minute, then add the veg and stir fry for about five minutes, then add the sauce, stir for about 30 seconds. Mix in noodles. Eat.
